This is a well designed property. It has just the right amount of space for two. It is a ten minute walk to the town centre. I never met the host however she was always available on WhatsApp. The doors have a code so entry is easy. There is parking for your car within a closed gate. I never used the kitchen so I cannot speak to the details of that. It is somewhat new in comparison to what there is in town. I would stay here again

A perfect little apartment for short or longer stay in Puerto Natales. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and the highlight is the fully equipped kitchen, with oil, salt and pepper. I would stay here again if returning back to Puerto Natales.

Nothing at all even barely negative. It was perfect and so was the host couple owners. They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.

This spacious, clean and modern accommodation was like a home away from home during our Patagonia trip. We stayed here three times in two weeks, for 1-3 night each stay. Loved the big fridge and kitchen to make breakfast for those early morning starts. We did laundry and there was enough space to stretch out, after long treks or days on the road. Super comfortable beds, fresh linen, clean, great shower. Staff were very helpful, even keeping our extra things safe (free of charge) while we hiked the W trek in TdP. You leave them bagged in the room, send a message to let them know and they set them back in your room before you return.

Newly renovated/built houses, well equipped and nicely furnished. Door code was very convenient. I was worried about some comments on not having blackout curtains but at least the rooms had. The bathrooms and their showers were amazing. Location is excellent, very close to the city center with all the restaurants and travel agencies. Parking within closed space.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful despite us speaking little to no Spanish. It's an incredible value and great place to stay, we loved Puerto Natales, and would recommend staying here to anyone!
