The other reviews say it all - the studio was amazing! Everything is as shown in the pictures. It was very clean, modern, very, very comfy and very well equipped. The location is also great, and it is not far to the coast, towns, or the Dartmoor National Park. Only - as others have mentioned, be prepared for very narrow roads ;) I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nastanitev River Retreat Apartment Exeter - River Views & Parking se nahaja približno 3,4 km od znamenitosti Stadion za ragbi Sandy Park in nudi razgled na jezero, verando ter aparat za kavo. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.

Mike was a great host. Let us know where everything in town was. Nice and roomy with an extra bedroom for our baggage. Nice self-service breakfast. Great water pressure in the shower. Parking next to the apartment. Easy walk to town. Pushka the dog was a sweet heart.

Great spot, small but comfortable apartment. Great amenities, washer & drier, comfortable bed & lovely shower. Great little welcome pack. Would highly recommend for position & amenities.

Everything! A real gem in a beautiful location. Really well presented. We had a super stay and hope to return. Great parking spot also.
