The location is also great, and it is not far to the coast, towns, or the Dartmoor National Park. Only - as others have mentioned, be prepared for very narrow roads ;) I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.

Parking next to the apartment. Easy walk to town. Pushka the dog was a sweet heart.
