Absolutely loved our stay in Ponta Delgada! The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and wellequipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Claudio and Paulo provided phenomenal attention to detail, and we extended our stay to experience another one of their properties, which was also great.

Vila Emigrante has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Capelas, 6.9 km from Pico do Carvao. The air-conditioned accommodation is 15 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

Featuring a rooftop pool and views of city, Casa da Galeria - Azores Art of Hosting is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao. Location was excellent in relation to shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment was roomy with everything necessary to relax and enjoy our stay. Breakfast of our choice was served to our door every morning. Fabulous selections for breakfast. Staff was incredibly helpful.

Located in São Roque, just 600 metres from São Roque Beach, Home at Azores - Oasis House provides beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. * the apartment is very well designed and equipped * option to admire the rise of the sun * option to swim in the ocean right under the loggia

Apartment Sweet Home is situated in Ponta Delgada, 700 metres from Milicias Beach, 1 km from São Roque Beach, as well as 1 km from Populo Beach. The property was very easy to access from the main road around the island. Parking was available. A car is necessary but, in my opinion, a car is necessary on the island. The property had everything we needed. We were very lucky to have use of a washing machine!

Set in Ponta Delgada, 16 km from Pico do Carvao and 27 km from Fire Lagoon, Helena's House offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The location is central, the space was large enough for all of us and fairly comfortable. The terrace is cozy. Overall, we had a good time there.

Offering a garden and city view, Villa Esmeralda is located in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao and 24 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. The location was perfect to enjoy both the city but also have a car space (there are 7 spots, one for each unit in the complex) so that you can enjoy the rest of the island too. We stayed in Apartment 3 which was listed as "superior apartment" and it had a full bedroom, huge bathroom, sofa bed and kitchen. The room smelled nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked well, the house seemed very insulated from any outside noise (although the neighborhood was very quiet), and the outdoor areas were exceptional. Very comfortable and would stay again.

Boasting a patio with mountain views, pool with a view and free bikes, Quinta das Camélias - Açores can be found in Ponta Delgada, close to São Roque Beach and 2 km from Milicias Beach. It was a perfect week at Quinta das Camelias. The owner waited for us and explained everything. Place is really impressive and well designed. We had a appartment with a beautiful ocean view. Place is well equipped, spacious and sunny with large terrace. The owner brought us fresh bread every day and wood to fireplace.

Set within 13 km of Pico do Carvao and 25 km of Sete Cidades Lagoon, INNature offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ponta Delgada. While we never actually met Adelino, our host, we could not have been more pleased with our service and stay. Always checking in with us and quick responses throughout our week. Door codes were a wonderful access method that made check in very easy. We had both the 2 bdrm and 1 bdrm reserved. All friends agreed it was a delightful holiday. The apartments were beautiful, with modern furnishigs and the welcome basket was a perfect gift to get you through the mornings. Location was right in the middle of the marina so all areas, dining, shopping and activities were easily reached on foot. FYI, not only a washer, but also a drier which was a wonderful surprise! Can't say enough about this place. You'll love it!
