First of all, even before coming to the Heraklion, we had wonderful communication with the amazing staff of Stay365. They booked a taxi for as when we landed. The driver was expecting us at the airport. When we arrived to the hotel we were amazed by the size of our room, bed were so cozy, and the bathroom was exceptional and very clean. During the all stay, great guys working in Stay365 gave us all the important information and beyond that. They booked us a rent car at very decent price, booked us places in the best places of Heraklion. Plus the cleaning ladies even wash your dishes! Great stay, we had a such a wonderful time, my best recommendations for this amazing hotel!

Excelente equipamiento. Nuestra habitación tenía salida a un patio interior privado muy disfrutable. Muy cómodo y con una excepcional distribución. Muy gentiles de dejar agua, café y demás para cocinar como sal, pimienta, aceite, etc. La aplicación es muy completa y con recomendaciones excelentes. Fuimos a dos de los restaurantes y resultaron excepcionales. También muy acomodados de precios.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of three and wish we could've stayed longer. The studios are brand new and everything from kitchen, beds to bathroom was super super clean. The location is also top since you're in a Walking distance to nearly everything. Would definetly recommend and we'll rebook anytime If again in the City!

Me ha gustado todo. Cama muy grande y cómoda. Smart TV grande y se puede ver cómodamente tumbado en la cama. Muchas cosas incluidas como cafetera, secadora, frigorífico, cocina, plancha, set de utilidades de viaje (muy buen detalle),... Encima en el centro de la ciudad, no puedo pedir más.

Brand new apartment with attention to the smallest details, very central and with all the comforts!!! Nikolas, the owner, is a friendly person and attentive to all needs!!! Knowing that we had a little girl, upon our arrival she let us find all the basic necessities and more: high chair, cot, sponges for children, dishwashing detergent and saucers for children and even gifts for our little one!! ! Furthermore, he also thought of us adults by finding us excellent fresh fruit and a fridge full of drinks !!! His advice on beaches, places to visit and restaurants were really valuable !!! We will definitely come back to him on our next trip to Heraklion!!!

The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. Great location 3 min walk from the city center, everything is near by. Big and comfortable bed and nice baby cot. it’s perfect for staying with toddler or baby. The host was amazing and helped us with every request we had. Highly recommended!

The room super beautiful, classy, totally awesome! In the center of Heraklion, cannot be better located, the room has everything you need for your stay. It is a small studio with kitchen, and amaizing bathroom, bedroom and terrace with jacuzzi. You are just a few steps away from everything, either if you wanna sightseeing or eat in any local restaurants. The super cozy terrace with jacuzzi just for your use was totally the best part! Totally recommended. First time in Crete, we felt in love with crete, and definitely coming back and staying here again!
