We had an excellent stay at Sithara homestay. The helpfulness of the owners was beyond any expectations and the place felt very welcoming. Communication with them was very smooth, and they gladly helped us with advice around the town and within Kerala. They even helped us to arrange very good value homestays in other parts of Kerala and arranged us a wonderful driver for 4 days - Midhun, whom we would highly recommend. In the morning they prepared us a delicious South Indian egg curry and tea. The warmth and friendliness of the owners and of Midhun definitely made our stay in Kerala all that much more enjoyable.

Rooms are clean and tidy. The location is near to all tourist destination in Fort kochi . The Host Neethu is one of the best person I have met she helped us for everything including scooter rentals and all our needs. It's a Lovely place to spend some days while you r in Kochi.

Wonderful host (Joseph) who has created a really well laid-out, comfortable and airy B and B with a lovely atmosphere. He couldn’t have done more to help us, organising trips and taxis etc. The location is excellent - it is quiet but close to restaurants, cafes, shops, sights, ferries, tuktuks. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Air con, hot water and wifi were all brilliant. Breakfast was very good, offering Western and Indian options. We also liked the lounge and kitchen area on each floor where you can make your own tea/coffee and light meals.

Everything. The location was ideal for exploring Fort Kochi, we were a short walk or tuk tuk ride from nearly Everything. Saj was so helpful, gave us a map with all the sights and recommended restaurants (including newly opened Paragon which was amazing) and arranged for us to do a cooking class with Maria (highly recommend, it was fantastic) The rooms were comfortable, spacious and the bathroom was lovely (first hot shower we had in India!) The breakfast was also great - there is the option for a traditional Kerala breakfast or continental. The traditional breakfast changed every day and was an amazing way to taste the local cuisine. Can't believe how cheap it is for the service you get, it's amazing value for money.

Great peaceful location. Walking distance to anything important. The rooms are situated in a courtyard which is green and beautiful and I heard the criquets and birds all night which was lovely.

This hotel and its staff are exceptional. The old colonial style house has been beautifully renovated, decorated and is well maintained. As you enter, you immediately feel like you're walking into an oasis. The rooms are clean and spacious and everything is very quiet. The location is great and you are within walking distance of all the main tourist sites as well as good restaurants. The breakfast prepared by staff is really delicious - the banana fritters are the best! But the most amazing aspect of this hotel is Joseph, the host. He provides advice for restaurants, insider tipps for shopping and can help you book all sorts of adventures. He is caring and sweet and makes the whole Cochi experience even more special. His family were wonderful and we loved getting to meet them. We hope to come back one day!
