Just on the beach, nice livingroom, porch and outside dining area. You hear the waves. Great place for grab to deliver local breakfast. Rooms are nice, light colours, clean, easy check in. Host allowed us to use his washingmachine. Price was ok. Would return. Taxis are cheap so it is easy to get to whereever you need to be.

Perfect location, close to the beach and Family Mart Bedroom and bathroom were immaculate, Dez the host was very welcoming Great pantry and all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible The accommodation felt very secure with the gated property and auto lock on the room door Amazing pressure in the shower, makes all the difference Very comfortable bed and pillows!

This apartment was so nice - we looked to see how much it cost to buy one in the same block. The parking lot was possibly the cleanest I have ever seen. Quality of fittings in the apartment were fantastic and well maintained - very comfortable to stay. Easy walk up and down Batu Ferringhi

Everything Excellent! Facilities - Everything you need, they have. From culteries to towels Well decorated property and clean. Management - Best customer service. Location - Strategic, in front of Shamrock Beach. To put it short, for a big group is very suitable property. Will find this place again if come to Penang. Respect the property and it’s a home, and treat it as your home. Just beware of monkey as this unit face little jungle.

Love the apartment , the service of the property owner , staffs of the apartment was very good and friendly. Clean pool that was facing the sea was awesome . Worth the price . Owner do keep in contact to check if anything wrong which was very good to me.. The apartment was clean and we love the taste of deco... Awesome
