Our stay at PP insula was great, well located yet not too noisy at night. Room was not super modern but clean and nice. It was also cleaned everyday perfectly. For the price, it is more than fair. Staff is very sweet, please be as nice and sweet to them as they are to you. They work very hard and some people were rude to them which we found sad. Beds were comfortable.

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. It was also was close to a lot of restaurants/bars, but far enough away from the loudest ones.

it is just by the beach, dont expect any housekeeping and so on. it is just a room with 3 beds. before you rent this property. make sure you are not coming as a family because the beach bar started at 8pm and will finish at 4am. The music is so loud and even the bass can shake the property but if you are a party person and all ur purpose in phi phi is to party. so here is the best place for you guys.

Good location, close to the pier and to the party place in the evening, there are many cafes nearby. It's a half hour's walk to Long Beach. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The room is simple but clean.
