Shi House by Haviland is a wonderful property which is newly built and is strategically located near the airport in Da Nang. The surrounding area is quiet and yet very connected. The highlight of our room was definitely the riverside view and the direct view of the dragon bridge from our balcony. The fact that this place is new means all the furniture and appliances are top quality and in very good condition. The staff at this place are extremely helpful and keen on helping us fulfill all our requests. They helped us rent a scooter, with laundry and even suggested restaurants and gave us option for tours. I would highly recommend this for all visitors to da nang.

Couldn’t recommend this more highly whether for a short or long term stay. My wife and I stayed for three weeks and loved everything about it: the room, the lobby, the wonderful staff, the styling, the location, and the great price. We made it a habit to order coffee every single morning from the front desk and worked frequently in the lobby, which has a nice, quiet vibe. The room and location provided everything we had hoped for. I’ve honestly never slept so well for so many days straight in my life (honest). We requested the front side as some rooms get just a bit of beach view. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, checking out restaurants, getting coffee or massages (or both!), and walking to working spaces. By the end of our stay we had made friends with the staff, and we didn’t want to leave. Definitely will stay here again when in Da Nang.

Staff are wonderful, safe off road parking, wonderfully spacious apartment with balcony and gorgeous rooftop pool. Nice quiet location and 2 minutes from the beach!
