A wonderful hotel, with a very friendly welcome. A bit far from the city centre but I knew that when I booked so it wasn't a problem. The room is modern and tastefully decorated, very comfortable and the bedding is perfect. The breakfast served on the terrace was copious and good. Very clean. Everything was perfect. Bertoletta Village Apartments, surrounded by olive trees and Lugana Vineyards, is a complex of apartments (RESIDENCE) with two beautiful outdoor swimming pools. This place was absolutely lovely. She was very helpful already prior to our arrival, when she gave us comprehensive information about how to arrive, where to park our car etc. Everyday she greeted us with smile and answered all our questions. She’s wonderful person who does her job with love and passion.

Our flight times (arrival and departure) did not align well with check in/check out and ofgicial check in location was unmanned. Fortunately Hotel La Paul (just over the road) were very happy for us to leave our luggage with them in their reception.
