Boasting garden views, Villa Valentina Versilia provides accommodation with patio, around 700 metres from Viareggio Beach. The location is fantastic, and the hosts are exceptional. Our host even offered to drive us to the station to catch our train to the next location. They really treated us like family. The bonus was to be so close to the water and Via Reggio's beautiful boardwalk. This was our second time to ViaReggio, but and this time at a better location.

Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Vi Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Viareggio, 200 metres from Viareggio Beach. The place was pristine! Very modern and well equipped too. Great size studio room with kitchen area & complimentary waters, coffees & oils. In addition a great solarium, hot tubs & view! The person who helped me check in was very pleasant, helpful & professional. No noise from the street either, even though I was on ground level with a full window. The access to the room was very modern & the person who was assisting with the house keeping was friendly too. I felt like I made a great choice to stay here & would have no hesitation to recommend.

Set in Piombino and only 1.2 km from Spiaggia dei Frati, Casa dei MoMi offers accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very sympathic hosts!! The Apartment is very clean and full with everything you need. We really did enjoy our stay!

Situated in Massa, the recently renovated B&B Gronda Via Vandelli features accommodation 46 km from Castello San Giorgio and 39 km from Viareggio train station. This B&B is the perfect little hideaway. There is not a single negative that comes to mind after staying there. The host is very kind and accommodating to any needs and loves to talk about the local history and geology. The rooms have a view of the creek and the mountains at the same time and within minutes you can be on several trails in the Apuan Alps. During our stay Riccardo gave us an such an amazing experience that is extremely rare these days and I cannot recommend it enough

Situated in Marina di Pisa in the Tuscany region, Affreschi sul mare has a balcony and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The host Maria and her family were incredibly hospitable , gracious, kind generous I was made me feel at home immediately. I will definitely be coming back here as soon as I am able. Love love loved it!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a plunge pool, The Apartment is situated in Porto Santo Stefano. The location was incredible! The apartment was very clean and was very comfortable for our stay.

Set in Porto Ercole and only 1.4 km from Le Viste Beach, Brezza Marina Guest House offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. We liked our stay very much at Brezza Marina, our rooms were gorgeous 🤩. Very clean rooms with a complimentary Croissant and French toast with jams was a perfect to start the day - plus tea & coffee available within the price. The location was great just to walk to the beautiful harbour for snacks in the day and dinner each evening. We drove to Siena for one of our days which was amazing! All in all a lovely stay!!

Offering sea views, Piéce en rose is an accommodation located in Livorno, 2.1 km from Scogli dell'Accademia Beach and 2.5 km from Spiaggia del Felciaio. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do and being steps away from the ocean view was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and like so many other reviews said, the photos are great but in person is even better than the photos. Truly a beautiful apartment with immaculate attention to detail.
