The owner, Denish, is very kind and enthusiastic to help people. He has a tuktuk and took me to go around Negombo with a reasonable price. They also served a delicious SriLankan breakfast. For the house, the room is clean and neat. The bathroom is quite clean with hot water though you may not need it due to the hot weather. It has mosquito net and fan, and you can sleep well without mosquito bothering.

The guest house is essentially it's own little compound with gardens and a pool, And is such a wonderfully peaceful break from the chaos.
