We spent 9 nights in the hostel. A hostel is exactly the type of accommodation that suits me. It's not luxury, but I don't look for that when I travel. I prefer the charm of the place. And that's exactly what I found here. I felt very comfortable there. The room was OK. The private bathroom was OK. Hot water always. I liked sitting in the hall and in the garden. The team that works in the hostel are friendly people. They were very helpful in organizing the climb to Cerro Toco. It was enough to ask and they organized everything very well.

The staff is highly friendly and helpful. It is located 5min by car from the city center, so you need a car but it’s very easy to drive to the center and park so not a problem at all. It is very quiet, great for couples and nature lovers. Breakfast is simple but more than enough, the swimming pool is very nice too. I would definitely go back there if I go to the Atacama desert again.

Shower was one of the best I’ve had the whole time in South America! The host was really lovely, even though the company we booked for an early airport transfer was terrible and woke her up by coming much earlier than we had agreed with them! For one of the cheaper hostels in San Pedro, we thought it was lovely and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked, allowing us to cook properly for one of the first times. Our bedroom and private bathroom was clean with hot showers, a comfortable bed and included a nice patio area outside to relax. The communal kitchen was huge and very well equipped. There was also a hairdryer to borrow which was helpful!
