Perfect stay. Travelling with my girlfriend and dog, Lisy made sure to create the perfect B&B in quaint Verbania. Easy to find, extremely clean and nice rooms (she thought of every si gle detail, so you never have to contact someone with a ton of questions or requests), strong wifi, wonderful breakfast, and incredible host. Even a map showing the location of different types of parking, and coffee, tea, and water in the hallway (complimentary). This is what all B&B should aim to become! Thanks again for an excellent stay. The nearby (3 minute walk) stake house was fantastic, and driving to the lake, enjoying the street market on Saturday, it was an overall great start to our italian adventure.

this is a top notch property with a magical view of the lake & the islands. There’s a lovely balcony to sit in and enjoy the views. It is furnished very tastefully and feels very homey. It’s in a convenient location (although close to public transport, but the walk uphill might be tough for some people, we had a car, so no problem). Eleonora is a delightful host, although there was a language barrier, she’s never without her Translator app on her iPad. The place is super clean, her service is truly 5-star. She changes all towels and bedsheets, cleans and vacuums the room every single day. In all my Airbnb stays, never had anyone do that. Every morning, she personally brings a tray full of goodies to your door. There are croissants and breads, cookies, butter, jams, honey, juices, milk, yogurt… There’s a Nespresso coffee machine and she supplies all the coffee and tea you want. Our whole stay was truly exceptional. Can’t wait to go back and stay much longer next time. Grazzi mil Eleonora!

We felt right at home! Very well located with free parking. You can visit all islands and villages of Maggiore lake by boat from the pier nearby. The bedrooms are very comfortable, spacious, super clean and they have a very good shower. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Super breakfast prepared by George was perfect for us.

Spacious room, clean and very nice & new modern bathroom, kitchen too, super clean, wifi great (good for those who work online), all the little details, it's really great. beautiful views , comfy, private, quiet. at first I was slightly shocked about the breakfast since is everything already there and you need to make it yourself. but then I found out they had a great selection, good quality products. fruits, yoghurt, marmalade, butter, bread and some sweet pastries. parking we found 50 m away from the house .
