The staff is very friendly and polite, especially Youness, he is prepared to help you anytime with everything you want. He recommend us a lot of places, e.g: from where to buy SIM card, where to eat in Tetouan, Chefchaouen, etc, which taxi to take and so on.

Fantastic Hotel! Since 2006, I have been four times in this Hotel, and allways with a super positive impressions and experiencies! Really a very confortable, safe, clean, quiet, and very well located Hotel, with a hiper helpful and friendly staff, and all for a very low price ! This time, when I have got a problem with my car, the Manager went out of his way, in order to solve my concern in a recomendable and very profitional car shop, and in the end I have got a more than symbolic bill ! What could we look better ? Definitively, I will came again and again, all the times, I will be in Tetouan!

The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Jalila especially was a very helpful resource. She pointed me to a lot of good spots and anytime I had a question she was usually the one that was there to help right away. The place has a great aura. I recommend it to anyone.
