The family attending the hostel is really kind and welcoming, and also helping a lot if you got troubles like buses cancelled or what... ;) the hostel in itself is nice, hot water, good beds, and a beautiful terrace to get breakfast and some rest between two hikes. Hotel Churup offers accommodation in Huaraz. Guests will be served a complimentary breakfast buffet daily, consisting of freshly ground, roasted and brewed coffee, fruits, seasonal vegetables and... I stayed here before and after my treks and it felt like home! Fireplace in the common area is amazing which you can sit and chill in front of every evening! Beautiful balcony to watch the sunset. Amazing breakfast. Comfy beds. Hot water all the time!! Beautifully decor and lovely hosts. And it is quiet!

Featuring a garden and a shared lounge, Casa de Ana B&B is set in Huaraz. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 1.1 km from Estadio Rosas Pampa. Ana and her family were the kindest and most helpful hosts. They allowed us to store our bags when we went trekking, allowed us to have a parcel delivered and allowed us to stay in the accommodation for the day to wait for our night bus. They were also able to give us advice on trekking and tours. The accommodation is really lovely- it is exceptionally clean and the beds are warm and comfortable. There is free tea and coffee available all day, the breakfast is filling and nice and there is a lovely terrace to sit out on as well as some indoor spacing. The B&B is in a residential area with lots of amazing restaurants with exceptionally cheap menu del dias, and is only a 15 minute walk into the main part of the city. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Ana and found it to be very comfortable.

Located 500 metres from the main square and 400 metres from Oltursa bus station, Hostal Universal offers free Wi-Fi and 24-hour front desk assistance in Huaraz. Lovely couple are managing this hotel who are very helpful with everything. The room was clean, comfy and the sheets warm. I got a nice hot shower with amazing pressure as well as great wifi connection. will highly recommend!

The beds were amazing. Great night sleep. The woman who runs it is amazing. Breakfast is actually really good. Value for the price we paid was incredible.

With river views, Hacienda Norabuena is located in Recuay and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. Melissa and her husband were wonderful hosts, welcoming us onto their property with a tour of the grazing lands behind the hotel, introducing us to all their animals (friendly dogs, llamas, sheep, cattle, chickens, rabbits), and conversing with us throughout the evening. They gave us advice on our trip through Peru and seemed genuinely interested in our travels. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and secluded. They cooked dinner (15 soles, I think) and breakfast for us (2-3 soles pp) and both were delicious with farm fresh eggs.

Located in Huaraz, within 2.9 km of Estadio Rosas Pampa, Alpino Guest House is an accommodation offering quiet street views. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. We loved the staff, they were friendly, kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. They also spoke English very well, which is not common in Huaraz, so that made this stay a lot easier for us because we are not strong Spanish speakers. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The location was quiet so we were able to sleep well. Hot water was available (the labels were incorrect but there was hot water nonetheless). We had good phone signal/reception and wifi was available. The hotel staff also booked our tours for us which helped make our trip smooth and easy. They also offered to make us breakfast for a small fee since we had to be up really early for our tours. This was such a pleasant stay, I highly recommend.
