She made us feel welcome even before our arrival. We stayed in room 5 - the decor was inspiring. Extra large bed with the most comfortable pillows and mattress. A fan (most useful) coffee and tea making facilities, a small fridge. Large bath and shower. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend. 10star guest house for sure.

Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Frederic e por todo o staff, foram super atenciosos e simpáticos. A acomodação é situada dentro de um parque safari. No caminho do portão até a pousada conseguimos visualizar impalas, javalis e lebres. É muito bonita, bem decorada e grande. Foi uma estadia agradável e confortável. O café da manhã na área externa foi uma experiência bem legal e estava uma delícia. Eles também podem servir almoço e jantar. Com certeza indicamos.

That's what describes out stay in the best way. Very warm welcome and great hosts. You feel their passion for service and hospitality. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. There are just 6 rooms so it is overall very relaxed and you will have a wonderful time. Breakfast was very good and also special request were not a problem. Overall our best Holiday Home during our whole ZA Journey! Highly recommend to everybody we just regret not to stay longer than our 3 nights. Thanks again to the whole little Kubu lodge Team for this great experience :-)

Situado na Reserva Natural de Grietjie, a 26 km da Porta Phalaborwa para o Parque Nacional Kruger, o Ngalali Retreat disponibiliza acomodações com uma piscina exterior, estacionamento privado... We arrived at the Ngalali Retreat after a long drive and Xander and staff helped us feel at home immediately. After a hearty lunch Xander introduced us to our first safari experience of the African bush. Xander is a true naturalist who, over the course of the next few days, generously shared his knowledge, passion and experience of the land and wildlife that surrounded us. At the end of each day Xander joined us for exceptional Italian cuisine and helped us to process the days adventures with interesting anecdotes of his own. Our day in the actual Kruger Park paled in comparison. The Ngalali Retreat accommodations were very comfortable with all the comforts of home. What can I say - we slept well each night and arose rested, with fresh anticipation. The whole experience more than exceeded our expectation.
