Kalappura Houseboats & Tours está en Alappuzha y dispone de vistas al lago, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante. We are a couple and went to Alappuzha/Alleppey and asked our host for a boattrip. Fortunately we found Jose Kalappura, he organized a convenient tailormade experience on two private traditional boats with modern facilities. We were lucky, because beforhand we didn't know the difference between cheaper tours on big boats vs. smaller boats with individual trip and different private experience. We startet with a tour on a small boat and went through smaller channels having local Breakfast, bigger boats can't pass there. Ad 12:00 we skipped on a different boat with private panoramic area on the first floor. We where alone, a really romantic trip. Having typical local fresh Lunch cooked on board by a chef, we stopped on the course for sightseeing. After a slow trip on a quite channel we could see a beautyful sunset and we had Dinner. We had a good Night in a full equipped clean room as we would expect in a city hotel. Our Captain found a good spot away from the busy areas where we enjoyed a beautyful sunrise. After a local Breakfast we left the boat with a big smile because of this outstanding experience. Thanks again to Jose and the Crew.

Just having a one bedroom private boat makes a huge difference and allows you to unwind. The wonderful chef Sureesh treated us to amazing delights for breakfast lunch and dinner and Prince was an amazing captain taking us to the best spots. No request was too big for them and they made sure we had an amazing experience. We were taken to a fish market which was very pricey - and felt pushed to buy fish/prawns. We did buy a kilo of prawns which Suresh cooked deliciously. However the food provided on board was ample and delicious.

Stayed on an overnight boat. The boat was very clean. We had an amazing time. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Thankyou for such a great experience.

IndraprasthamLakeCruise es un alojamiento con vistas al lago que está en Alappuzha, a 5,2 km de Faro de Alleppey y a 6,6 km de Estación de tren de Alappuzha. It was as per our expectation - worth the money and clean. The helpers were all sweet and flexible. The rooms were good and cozy. A good option for a group of 5-6 people. Very comfortable for my family.

I spent a very relaxing two nights on the houseboat, spending the first day travelling south and spending the night next to the rice paddy islands, then the second day returning along the other coastline. The food was consistently fantastic, with absolutely massive portions 😅

The boat looks amazing, the rooms are very comfortable and cosy. The whole crew was very helpful and even though we were all in the same boat, we were given a lot of privacy. The food was absolutely amazing, the cook did a very good job! And the views... Just unforgettable...
