Spotless clean room and bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Calm quiet and beautifully green surroundings. The bistro was very warm and cozy and we had the best fish and chips over there. We would highly recommend this place and would certainly love to go back maybe to stay in one of their caravans the next time.

Trevor and Kristin are delightful hosts. we were plenty close enough to walk to the train and buses. we walked to Mousehole and back. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was large and clean. we enjoyed treats and drinks in the lovely garden each evening. breakfast is superb! The Bay Lodge was a wonderful experience on many levels! From the greeting by Clare the uber friendly owner who directed me to my really nice single room with a balcony and answered any and all questions that I had. The balcony was a nice touch even in January where I had a nice view of St. Michael's Mount. Bay lodge is very conveniently located, about a ten minute walk from the train station and town. The breakfast cooked up by Kevin was delicious and very filling. Clare was great to talk to about goings on in Penzance and the surrounding area; she even gave me a "Clare" map with suggestions of places to go. Clare and Kevin could not be more accommodating. I've stayed at a number of B&B's, but I must say The Bay Lodge is now my favorite.
