I can thoroughly recommend this hotel, the staff we were polite, friendly and very helpful, we liked everything, from the smooth check-in to the wonderful breakfast. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom clean and had lovely fittings, the whole apartment exceeded our expectations. They organise a few activities free of charge for the guests, we learned how to make cocktails a great experience 🥰

I found this hotel last moment when passing Warsaw by car and I am glad I did. Everything was super! The room is clean, looks nice and beautiful view. I was alone but there was plenty of room for more people. The location is very center, with restaurants around. But most important for me was the car garage where I left my car. When arriving by car, it's very important to read instructions before arriving. It is written there but just a quick reminder, that before entering the garage, the keycard must be taken from reception (I forgot to do that). But overall best place in Warsaw and next time will be staying also there. Thank You for hospitality, Aleksandra!

Realment decebedor. Quan vam entrar a l’apartament la vista ens va dur inevitablement a l’edifici abandonat del davant. Un edifici amb vidres trencats, tapiades algunes, finestres altres pintades,… tant des del menjador com de l’habitació veus sempre aquest horrible edifici. Fa molts anys que sóc usuària de booking i mai abans havíem tingut una sensació així. Realment lleig. El llit doble era molt petit. L’armari de l’habitació ( l’únic) on se suposa que hi havíem de guardar la roba estava ple amb una fusta de planxar, un estenedor, una cadira i un aspirador. Impossible deixar-hi res nostre. No vam poder entrar a l’hora prevista perque la persona encarregada de donar-nos les claus ens va dir que havien d’arreglar un dels llits plegables que s’havia trencat però quan finalment vam entrar-hi encara seguia trencat. Sort que era el de luxe :) Realment no el recomanaria a ningú i no només per tot això sinó pel terrible soroll que sent tant del metro com de la carretera.

Això sí, la cuina tanca a les 21.00h. S'hi ha de ser a les 20.00h com a molt. Però ja ens ha anar bé. La ubicació excel·lent, la parada del metro a 1 minut. I bona connexió amb la resta d'atraccions turístiques. FANTÀSTIC tot!!!!!
