I would definately recommend Casa de Santo Amaro as it is one of the best places I've ever stayed!! Beautiful,calm,clean,amazing view....once I arrived, it immediately felt like home! It's a perfect base camp for exploring the beautiful Island of Pico and it's many wonders! Unfortunately I didn't meet Augusto and his Family in person this time,but communication via Whats app was absolutely spotless and Augusto is a very caring host who provides helpful informations and all the help in the world if needed. Amazing host made our stay even more enjoyable! It was simply amazing to have a caring person ready to help anytime with anything and the house itself was wonderful! All of the rooms are very beautiful and each of them had its own bathroom which is not very common. The outside BBQ and chill area totally exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the port is amazing if you enjoy water activities as snorkeling, spearfishing etc.
