Location was great, 2 to 3 km to good restaurants and shops. Our host was very hospitable. Wifi works great. The apartment is very spacious. One thing I really loved was there is a verandah to every door. It was a happy stay.

I liked that is was a very chill place with lots of green around. At late afternoon after the rain you could see some different creatures outside in the garden. I saw 3 different species os frog, bats and the famous huuuuuge African snail. For me that was the highlight of my stay, besides the beautiful staff. The other guests were very nice and chill. The kitchen was good as well. I love that the private room is affordable, very clean and comfortable. Also there’s a beautiful view of the lake. Thank you!!

The Charming Bungalows really are charming! It is located in a quiet area, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. But the highlight of the place is its staff. Everyone was very friendly and made sure that we had all that we needed and even more! Breakfast was very good (I had read other comments here that mentioned it was somewhat too small but we had more than enough!). We also needed to leave slightly earlier than breakfast time, but they kindly agreed to prepare us breakfast earlier. We also had dinner there every day, which was very practical. We highly recommend staying there and will definitely stay again at the Charming Bungalows next time we are back in Mwanza.
