The staff responded promptly to my e-mails during the day informing them of our indeterminately late arrival. After a chaotic travel day, we arrived at the hotel at 1am. Check-in was welcoming and smooth, the apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable, the receptionist found us a bottle of wine - perfect hospitality in the situation. In the morning we were able to order a good breakfast from the restaurant downstairs. We stayed only one night but would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Brisbane. The room rate was fair - not inexpensive, but value for money.

Perfect place to stay in Hervey Bah, we had everything we needed and Andrew was so helpful and flexible with us. It made our stay more simple, especially for the check-in/check-out and the storage of our suitcases!

Just a few metres from the beach in Hervey Bay, the Allegra Hervey Bay offers luxurious, spacious, self-contained apartments and direct access to the Fraser Island World Heritage Site. We enjoyed all aspects of this accommodation. The staff were excellent. The unit was spacious. The location was great. The pool was clean and private. The kitchen was adequate for preparing simple meals. It was a good temporary home away from home.

The Jewel Residences are very well located with lots of facilities, including pool and gym. The apartment itself was spacious and luxurious. It was well appointed and beautifully decorated. It really felt like a home away from home. If I could be guaranteed this exact apartment again I would book in a heartbeat!
