Set in Brunei Water Village, Kunyit 7 Lodge boasts a terrace and views of the city. All rooms come with a shared bathroom equipped with a shower. The host was very pleasant and shared lots of stories to me. She also gave me helpful suggestions for my trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the hearty breakfast was local specialties. The cats were so cute. I love this lovely home and highly recommend it.

The hotel owner kindly took us for a quick sight seeing around the city so we can experience Brunei at glance! Such a great hospitality that exceeds my expectation! Wonderful!

Poni Homestay offers accommodations in Muara. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. It is 1.6 km to Serasa Ferry Terminal. The staff is incredibly kind and passionate. The hostel offers free airport pick-up (one way), which is highly convenient. I stayed there for only one night, specifically for 17 hours during a transit in Brunei. They picked me up at the airport on time and dropped me off at the airport early in the morning. I highly recommend that people visiting Brunei stay at the Poni Hostel. If you're lucky, you might even get to see the infant cats.
