Wonderful calm location with low light pollution, exactly what I was looking for. As for the house: good heating, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good lighting and media setup. Right in the middle of Spreewald, you can rent a canoe on the spot and you are close to everything bike-related. Super quiet and peaceful, it was just what we needed.

Quiet and very charming apartment in an old building that has been renovated by the owners. Every single detail has been thought through. Small refreshment on arrival, sparkling kitchen and bathroom. The outside tables were also a nice addition, and there was WiFi access there which was good for me, since I was working. Many restaurants to choose from nearby, although in late March the hours were sometimes tricky. We stayed for several days and visited different areas by hiking and train including Lehde, Watshovska, Cottbus.
