If you’re travelling to Nanuoya, I highly recommend Ansi Villa. The family were so warm and welcoming, providing tea and cake on arrival, and cooking the BEST Sri Lankan breakfast (which was included). The room was perfect - clean with a very comfortable bed and excellent Wi-Fi. The location is fantastic. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station. The best hospitality and great value for money.

Room - beautifully constructed, no expenses spared, no cutting corners. Quality products have been used to create beautiful rooms, all just stunning,no details forgotten. Beautiful furniture, felt very special and bespoke. Garden- landscape was well maintained, beautiful flowers, trees and bushes. Other - thank for you arranging the lodgings and food for our driver too! Activities- nice and quiet area,but still nice walk to mall, park, markets and the old post office nearby. Keep doing what you do , lovely to see such a beautiful spot , staff with smiles on their faces every time. Thank you for the fruit and delicious sandwich for our drive back to Colombo

Rajith is an amazing host, always happy to share all the helpful informations and easily reachable by phone when you need him. His place is adorable. Him and his family will make you a beautiful breakfast using the food from their garden. it takes ~45min to get to the city by foot or ~10 by tuktuk which will cost you 2$. Nuwara Eliya is probably the most beautiful place in Sri Lanka, so it is really nice to walk and enjoy the landscapes during the daylight. We would come back anytime!

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was a real feast and you have to take your time to enjoy it. The host made the best avocado smoothie I have ever had. He is very attentive and pleasant to talk to. We would definitely come back if we ever return to Sri Lanka

The property is so cute! The hosts go absolve and beyond and make you feel like family! This place is a real gem I would not hesitate to book this place again and would not stay anywhere else in Nuwara Eliya.

Deze accommodatie biedt uitzicht op de tuin, een tuin en een balkon, en ligt op ongeveer 4,4 km van het Gregory-meer. Het ligt op 12 km van de botanische tuin Hakgala en biedt een 24-uursreceptie. Via via zijn we uitgekomen bij Woodshut, we hoorde verhalen over het mooie uitzicht en de vriendelijke ontvangst. Niks was minder waar, we werden met open armen, thee en wat lekkers onthaald. De eigenaar heeft ons van alles kunnen vertellen over de omgeving en over het land Sri Lanka. S'avonds na terugkomst uit het centrum kregen we van zijn zoon een kleinigheidje om mee terug te nemen naar Nederland. Ook kregen we nog een korte uitleg over het spel Caram, dit hebben we de rest van de avond nog gespeeld. Top locatie, top ontvangst, top ervaring
