Clean and comfortable room, friendly owners, nice location surrounded by beautiful tea plantations and close to train station. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Spent one night here but could have stayed more.

Medalin Lake Gregory is a guest house situated in the Lake Gregory district of Nuwara Eliya. Medalin lake was perfect for the purpose of our stay. we stayed one night in Nuwara Eliya to take the morning train to Ella. Navashka and her family are amazing, they welcome you with a beautiful smile and caring about everything you need. breakfast was great and the view from the balcony was beautiful facing Gregory lake. very recommended:)

Boasting a terrace with garden views, a garden and a bar, The Edgware Cabana can be found in Nuwara Eliya, close to Gregory Lake and 8.9 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden. It’s a unique property, just few steps away from all the buzz. Cabana is truly amazing, every little detail is thought through. Gorgeous bathroom, with bathtub overlooking the little town and the mountains. Facilities- top class! Better than some 5* Hotels. But all of that would be nothing, without amazing Host, who met us with a biggest smile and was there every time we needed something. Food set up, quality is out of this world. Situated just 3.1 km from Gregory Lake, Vibe way (Hostel & Market farm) provides accommodation in Nuwara Eliya with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Clean simple rooms and an excellent location. The host is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had via text. I can’t imagine a better location. We were able to walk to dinner at the Grand hotel in about 5 mins and the view from the outdoor seating area was excellent!

The host, Rajith is so kind & always smiling! A warm chap, lending hands and ears when I most needed & cold! Property is cozy & homely, host gives good advice on where to go about and make sure stay is comfortable.

Located 1.9 km from Gregory Lake, THE EDGWARE offers 3-star accommodation in Nuwara Eliya and features a garden. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Warm arrival with a hot or cold drink, great atmosphere created by amazing staff. Breakfast was beautiful, if you get a chance eat your dinner at the accommodation, it was our best meal of the trip. Wish we stayed longer.

The breakfast and dinner were really good but it's good to know it costs 8 dollar per person. Would definetely recommend this place!
