Ace Boutique was a peaceful oasis close to the airport. The staff and owner family are very kind and warm. They always want their guests to be happy and comfortable. They even helped me celebrate my 76th birthday. The mattress was comfortable and the hot shower had good pressure. Restaurants and shopping are close by, however the main road is not pleasant for walking but tuk tuks are always close by and available. I would definitely recommend a stay here at the beginning or end of your trip to Sri Lanka. I’ve already booked 2 nights at the end of my trip!

You have the feeling that you can ask any question about culture, tradition, history, etc, and you will get a respectful and interesting answer. This guest house was the perfect place to begin my Sri Lankan adventure.

Very well-maintained house with a spotlessly clean room and bathroom with A/C. The house is about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport so perfect location to arrive too late at night or to leave very early in the morning. Easy to get tuktuk/uber from the airport or you can organize with the owner to be picked up. The price includes breakfast which was extensive and DELISCIOUS!

Excellent accommodation for airport transit - it is very well equipped with anything you might need (large, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, AC, even a washing machine and a very well equipped kitchen). There are also snacks you can purchase if arriving at night and the stores are closed. Last but not least - the apartment location is just perfect, just a few minutes drive away from the airport, and the owner will drive you there free of charge (my flight was super early, and that was not an issue). Overall, an excellent value and highly recommended to make your first or last day in Sri Lanka hassle-free.

It was very beautiful, and the garden was well looked after! The hosts allowed us to check in very late, and organised our transit down to the south. We loved to stay there, we wish we could have stayed longer :)
