They also upgraded our room for free to one of the top floor rooms - the view over the water was beautiful and the room was so cozy. Parking was easy and there were several top restaurants steps away, along with a kayak company. We also were able to walk from the hotel to the top of a nearby hill where there were no lights to watch the Aurora. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with planning the rest of our drive through Lofoten.

Sakrisøy Rorbuer is situated 3.5 km from the picturesque Reine fishing village. Leknes town centre is 50 km away. All cottages at Sakrisøy Rorbuer have wooden interiors. Such cool traditional cabins, but clean and enough features to make it super comfortable.

The owner is very nice, he helped us to check the boat departure time and keep in mind that you are staying in a mini villa, so it is not a gigantic house.

Everything in our room was high quality and beautiful to the eye. The room was small, but very practical. The atmosphere is very warm. The bed right next to the window is so cool. You can see the aurora from the bed (the picture with the aurora is from behind the building). And then in the morning you can see the mountain and the water from your bed. Just perfect! :) Right next to the accommodation there is a small hike. On top of the hike I found one of the most beautiful views I have seen in my life.
