We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Mar. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view of the sea and Faial island on one side, and of Mount Pico on the other. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location - walkable distance from Madalena center and from several natural pools, and a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend!

The property has sea and garden views. very clean - great design - amazing location with the sea in front and Pico mountain in the back! great friendly and adaptable staff listening to our needs. The restaurant of the hotel was also the best food we had on the island!

Beautiful location overlooking Sao Roque and across the water to Sao Jorge. The apartment had everything we needed and when the sun was shining we loved the large balcony-patio. From this location, you're close to so many things (assuming you have a car). Our host was amazing before, during, and after our stay, responding by text very quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything. She was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The kitchen is excellent, and so are the bathroom and beds. Very quiet at night.

Easy to get here even with the local bus and there's parking available as well. Excellent place for starting a hike. I definitely recommend to stay here.

Mūsų apartamentai buvo išties itin erdvūs ---> pirmame aukšte didelė svetainė ir terasa su puikiu vaizdu į vandenyną bei gretimą Faial salą. Antrame aukšte - miegamasis ir vonios kambarys. Viskas šiuolaikiškai ir skoningai įrengta. Žinoma, nemokama vieta automobilio parkavimui. Ir tikrai skanūs pusryčiai + kava (beje, man itin patiko mažučiai krusasnai ir pyragėliai su razinomis) :-) Taip pat didžiulė padėka Anai Paulai už malonų priėmimą atvykus. __________________ This is probably the best place to stay for a few days on Pico Island. The main town of the island - Madalena - is nearby for ~5 km. At the same time, all the other most interesting places on the island are easily accessible from here. Outside the window, there is a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean, which is right here, only 150 meters away. Our apartment was really Great spacious ---> on the first floor there was a big Living room and a Terrace with a great view of the ocean and the neighboring island of Faial. On the second floor - a bedroom and a bathroom. Everything is modern and tastefully furnished. Of course, free parking space. And a really delicious breakfast + coffee (by the way, I especially liked the little croissants and raisin cakes) :-) Also a big thank you to Ana Paula for the kind welcome on arrival.

Located in Prainha de Baixo in the Pico island region, Barrocas do Mar offers accommodation with access to a hot tub. With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. apartment is nearly new and really had a lot of thoughts, design and architecture put into it. It had everything you need. The view is fantastic. Definitely recommend to stay there and will return if coming to Azores again.
