The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed at Jupiter and the view was amazing. Mt. Fuji was really beautiful and you can see it from the room. The staff, Miyazaki-san was very friendly and very helpful. He’s always there to answer our questions and help us with our inquiries and requests. He made our stay even better! Even the other staffs were very kind to us and helpful but Miyazaki-san standout for us because his service was great! I will definitely will recommend this to all of my friends and family! Thank you so much! Especially to Miyazaki-san!

The hosts knew little English, but were very patient and accomodating such that everything could be communicated. We hired bikes from the property to ride around Lake Kawaguchi and watch Mt Fuji as the sunset.
