This is an amazing place! The house is very cozy and atmospheric, it is clear that it was made with love. The courtyard is nice, there is everything you need to relax - a barbecue area, tables, a hammock, a swing (many swings), a pool! If you are looking for a place for a quiet holiday with comfort and magnificent views (mountains, river, starry sky) - here you are! The hostess is responsive and always in touch! This place is so amazing because of her love for her creation!

Location is excellent! It’s easy to go everywhere! We had balcony and sea view from the apartment, so it was very romantic! We couldn’t help, but made photo of sunset every evening! Interior is very comfortable and stylish! We had our room cleaned every day with towels changing. Stuff was very helpful! Thank you so much!

First of all, the view was very nice, the sunrise and sunset are easily captured. The house was spotless, there is kitchen equipment ( pans, pots, plates, forks and kettle). You just need to bring your own slippers, toilet paper, soap. Lucas is a person who is interested and his messages are quick to return.

Great location! It is a beautiful and well-located hotel. A 1-minute walk to the sea, you can see the sunset from the veranda. Nice owner! A kind and funny older sister recommend this place if you spend time in Batumi

Staff was most pleasant and eager to make my stay unforgettable. I was upgraded to Signature Room with the Sea View. The design of the room exceeded all my expectations, all the details are thoroughly thought through. Bravo! The breakfast was exceptional, delicious, healthy and making your day! I also had dinner twice in the restaurant and food was delicious as always in the Rooms hotels. Carrot cake desert was something!

Comfortable apartments with a sea view, three minutes to the beach, all attractions are in a walking distance. The room is perfectly clean and has a washing machine. kitchenette, air conditioning, huge double bed, panoramic windows. And the sunsets and sunrises from the 41st floor window are just wow. Thanks to the host for offering an earlier check-in room with no extra charge, and was also available all the time!

An ideal place to relax, an incredible view from the balcony, a deserted beach across the road, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, very comfortable beds and of course a wonderful terrace with a pool and a bar for watching the sunset.
