The house was clean, tidy, well presented and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The person I was messaging with was very quick at replying and couldn't have been more helpful The view out on the lake from the back of the house was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily rebook next time we come to the area. Thank you for a great stay

the apartment was very modern, and spacious, we knew that this was a lovely place because we started thinking about how we could renovate our own home with the same style and lighting, the Host was excellent in terms of communication, we had asked if we could check in slightly earlier and he done his utmost best to make that happen, so we are thankful. also was a perfect location 5min drive away from the centre of Birmingham, and takeaway and off licence shops open locally until 3am in the morning.

Needs some TLC work, a plug that fits the sink, the shower dribbles, repair work that has been done looks rough, especially in the bathroom. Nice and spacious. Communal areas not great, but not terrible either. If you need a place right in the centre, it does the job.

The double bed was comfortable enough though would be a little narrow if there are two of you! The room (No.6) overlooks the road but the double glazed window units seal well and shut out almost all of the traffic noise.
