We extended our stay here just to relax and plan our trip further. Benjamin provided all the info for our stay and gave us very helpful information about our trip through Patagonia. Elisa is just the nicest person ever, prepares delicious food with love. There's a path straight from the house to a very beautiful waterfall where you can sit down and observe nature. Close by is also a river. Rooms are very clean and cozy, and the bathroom is very nice with a great shower. We also loved the styling of the lodge. Lobby is an amazing social place to hang out with other guests. At our time staying here, there were two very interesting and fun fishermen from Chile who come here every year fly-fishing. If I would recommend this place? Definitely. A place where you enjoy and relax doing things you love (fly-fishing, hking, kayaking, rafting...).

All units include a fridge and kettle. the location was sublime, the whole lake within view of the window; the lodging was cozy & quiet, perfect for a romantic respite; and the food was sensational, Pablo is an incredible chef, eating dinner from the restaurant each night made the whole experience 🥰

Surrounded by a lush garden, Mallin Colorado Ecolodge offers wooden cottages overlooking General Carrera Lake. Angelica, the host was very welcoming and supportive of our requests… she made the difference between visiting the usual nice structure and the lack of care (this happens a lot in Chile). The human factor in this place is the perk.
