I loved the luxury glamping pods, and was pleasantly surprised to find them well heated and cozy, which was perfect for a winter’s night. The bedding was clean and very comfortable, and the tea & coffee facilities were a thoughtful touch. The communal shower and toilet facilities were also clean, with hot water.

The annexe is done out beautifully, exceptionally clean, with all the creature comforts. If you want to stay near the coast without the hassle of hotel check in/out's, NCP carparks or on street parking etc, i would choose here everytime. We will definitely be returning again. It really is a little gem of a place for a peaceful stay.

Tiny Cottage with Terrace & Parking, Central Lewes is a recently renovated chalet in Lewes, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 6.2 km from Glyndebourne Opera House. Everything was perfect. The little extras made our stay amazing. This is a fabulous Cottage, with wonderful hosts in a great area and safe parking.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 2 km from Preston Park. This is a hidden gem in Brighton. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The view from the property is lovely and I would have stayed a bit longer had I known how wonderful a stay we were going to have. We will certainly be back. One item to note, there are many, many stairs in order to access the property, so not appropriate for any one with mobility issues. And next time we know to keep the luggage a bit lighter. Maria was a wonderful host, easy to contact.

There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Raphaele was waiting for us in the middle of a rainy evening. We could bring our dog free of charge. The cottage had a fenced garden. They provided chocolates, milk, wine. Location was 5 mins drive from Rye, 10 mins drive from Camber Sands beach. We loved it and will be back one day.

Woodies is a self-catering accommodation in Peasmarsh, only 2.5 miles from the historic town of Rye with its cobbled streets, harbour, nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The historic towns of Hastings and Battle are just under 10 miles away. Free WiFi and free parking are provided at the property. A lovely little accommodation with, in my humble opinion, the most powerful shower I ever had :D There is a pond, you have your own terrace and a car park in front and nothing is too much for John. We’d love to stay here again next time!

Lovely location ,clean and comfortable lodge with everything we needed. Extra treats of bottle of wine and cake very welcome. Tea,coffee,sugar and milk to get you started . Sarah and Paul made sure there was everything we needed and on hand if you had any issues. Bar and restaurant very nice . Lovely walks around Hastings country park and in our favourite Old Town area with plenty of bars and restaurants to visit .
