The host is extremely super crazy good! He gave me a nice reminder with details before check-in. Also send back my girl’s doll to me while it has been left.

Our stay was really good, it was right infront of the jumping pillows, kids area and close to pool.
The accommodation itself was also really comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed ourselves and will return here again 😀

San Remo is a thriving little town with good shops and good choice of restaurants and bars. The parking is great for a short stay but gets very busy especially around noon when the pelicans are fed at the waterfront. Great kids play area on the main street too.
Traffic is a bit of a nightmare. It's busy and people drive too fast. Turning right onto the main highway from the main street or accommodation on that side is very challenging.
We ate breakfast at Bean'd. It was delicious but as it seemed the only place that served breakfast (apart from the usual Bakehouse pastry fayre) it was extremely busy and getting a table took a bit of time.

I would NOT recommend this resort, our room was so awful, dirty carpet, chipped glass top on the sideboard.
Dirty crockery for tea making.
Walls were very in need of repainting.
RUSTY OLD IRON,
SQUASHED BUGS ON THE ROLLER BLINDS,
DIRTY AC UNIT -(MOULD )
&
PLUG & Chrome Waste MISSING FROM THE SINK.
Dreadful - if we had not been going to a Wedding at 5pm that day I would have checked out.
Room 307 needs a serious refurbishment.

San Remo is a beautiful little town on Westernport Bay.
San Remo is a beautiful little town on Westernport Bay. Very popular in the summer months as the beaches are lovely and there are many attractions nearby eg Phillip Island. All you need regarding shops, cafes and hotels. Accommodation to suit everyone.
Seamless check in - loved that it was on the outskirts of San Remo which meant it was a quick walk in, but given it was a busy time of year, we were not stuck in miles of queues of cars in order to get to the room! Room was dated, but very clean - you can tell the staff take pride in the way the rooms are presented. Right up to the tables and chairs out the front of each room, perfectly lined up! AirCon was welcomed on such a hot day, shower had good pressure. Microwave came in handy and a decent sized bar fridge.
The location was good, just near the bridge that goes to Phillip Island and about 20mins away to the Penguin Parade. Loved the fact that the beds came with heated blankets, very useful during the cold night I was there. Room is very spacious and you can just park your car in front of your room. Amazing Fish & Chips at their restaurant!
The location is so close to Phillip Island and if you don’t want to return to Melbourne and don’t want to stay at the Phillip islands maybe this hotel is the best choice for you. And the bistro nearby with my high recommendation.
the people were lovely, the motel was close to everything we needed, the late check in was great and the room was filled with drinks/snacks which was a nice extra, the room was clean and a great price for what it is
We have stayed here a few times now. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is extremely clean and modern , the beach is across the road and the neighbourhood is so quiet. It kind of feels like a second home to us🤗
Room was clean and the motel was easy to find. I had booked it very late and the owner/manager was there for me to get the key.
Everything in the motel worked and it was a comfortable stay.
The location was good, in a quiet estate in San Remo. There were 4 bedrooms, so the place could take many people. Toys were also provided, and even a cot. The spa bath was a plus.
The staff were friendly and professional. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean, quiet and had good views. The hotel had many facilities to offer.
Beautifully appointed house, very comfortable furnishings, great location within walking distance of San Remo shops and beach. Alicia was a great host!
