The staff was great. I was assisted many times by the front desk staff. I'm going to butcher their names, but Ladison, Marcelle, and Jideon (Gideon?) were wonderfully helpful. The security guard was also helpful. The staff was excellent -- including the wait staff for the kitchen. Although we traded many messages via a translation app on my phone, I felt very supported.
