Room was clean and spacious. Soap/shampoo provided is environmentally friendly. The hotel is very convenient for Legoland, Lalandia and The Lego House. Most staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Shower was lovely, powerful and hot! Great to access filtered water on tap at breakfast. Happy to provide us with milk whenever we asked (for tea - took our own bags), and ice. Super helpful reception staff when we were asking for public transport support to get to other places.

Situated next to Billund International Airport’s Terminal 4, this budget hotel is 5 minutes’ drive from Legoland.

Breakfast was very good, however a bit expensive. There was no other option anyway as the hotel is super close to the airport and far away from the city centre. In the rush/busy hours, on Friday around 8:30 there was lack of coffee, lack of vegetables, lack of bread etc. Also the location close to the airport was very helpful, and there were buses to Legoland etc. from the airport which was convenient. The reception service was super friendly and supportive!

Refborg Hotel is located in central Billund, only 5 minutes’ drive from Legoland Amusement Park. Local wine, food specialities and crafts can be discovered at the on-site gourmet boutique.

Very, very close to Lego House (our main reason for the trip to Billund), very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean, great breakfast. I wish we had time to try the restaurant as well but maybe next time :)

The apartment was very clean and warm. We appreciated bed linens packed separately by the laundry. The bed was also very comfortable. By foot you can reach a furnished supermarket open till 10pm, the bus station from/to the airport, Lego House and in a bit more even Legoland.
