From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. **Dining:** The food was very good, with a wide variety of options available at each meal. The buffet had something for everyone, including the kids. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinner nights, which added a nice touch to the dining experience. **Facilities:** The hotel's aqua park was a major highlight. It provided endless fun for the whole family. The pools were well-maintained, and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. We also made use of the gym and found it to be well-equipped and clean. **Overall Experience:** Our stay at Coral Sea Aqua Park was fantastic. The service provided by Peter Ezzat reception manager, Ahmed the room service, and Ali the restaurant waiter was very exptional and amazing service. Also , all the team from the hotel was quite impressive. I found it a very welcoming environment and relaxing. I wanted to extend my visit but unfortunately was fully booked.

Incredible service. I have been travelling for 2 weeks now and this is by far head and shoulders above all of the hotels I have stayed at, this includes Paris, Athens and Cairo.
