Excellent location and lovely and quiet. The property had everything needed for a stay there and there were extra touches like fruit and scones upon arrival with a warm welcome note. Very dog friendly with dog bowls and plenty of rugs around. Fast WiFi connection and generally a pleasant stay.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast, included in the price, was excellent.
We had lunch there on our first day and it was very good. The home cut chips were amazing and the battered fish was good. With a decent portion.

I have visited Tynemouth on previous occasions though this was the first time i had stayed there. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate on this occasion but from experience Tynemouth is an excellent place for a relaxing break. There are coastal walks and History in the town which is very well kept. Also there are several places of interest to visit nearby and the centre of Newcastle is a 20 minute ride on the Metro.CLIVEUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Tynemouth is a great place to stay and convenient to visit other areas. There are plenty of things to do and see and the area caters to all ages. Tynemouth Castle Inn has a fantastic restaurant which is open to all and has an excellent menu and is also a fantastic place to stay

It was easy enough to find the key and get in to the property. It had neutral décor. Access to Tynemouth facilities (loads of great pubs and restaurants) was a 5 minute walk and parking was plentiful, free and easy to access right outside the flat. No traffic noise. 5 minute walk to metro station so really easy to get to Newcastle if required.
