A very good location within walking distance of famous churches, attractions and the bay, with many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are kind and friendly and provide a lot of travel information. We will back again.

Šibenik old town is very nice to walk through and explore.
Šibenik old town is very nice to walk through and explore. There are little islands around Šibenik so we could go to a one day trip with the ship.
Bad thing is that we came out of the touristic season so there was no much restaurants open.

We stayed in early April and did not try any of the beaches.
We stayed in early April and did not try any of the beaches. Walking in the old town is like turning back the clock 500 years - it is a wonderful place with lots of narrow streets, stairs and beautiful old buildings. There were plenty of restaurants and bars along the promenade by the seafront. The three restaurants we tried all served excellent food at reasonable prices. The three castles are worth visiting and there are lots of smaller older towns in the area we would have visited had we stayed for longer. Sibenik is much less touristy than Zadar - we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return to revisit the old town and explore the area more widely.

Izgleda kao svaki dalmatinski grad no nekako toplije.
Izgleda kao svaki dalmatinski grad no nekako toplije. Ljudi su ljubazniji, osjecas se dobrodoslo. Sve je blizu i ima lijepi sarm. Mozete preskociti sve druge gradove na moru jer je Šibenik uistinu najlijepsi i topliji.

Sibenik is a great little town.
Sibenik is a great little town. We were there for only one night and half of the next day but could have spent more time exploring the town and surrounding areas such as Banj Beach and the Aquarium and the Fortresses. There were a lot of restaurants and things to do in the surrounding areas that we would have loved to try.

Sibenik is easy to walk around - very small and compact.
Sibenik is easy to walk around - very small and compact. There is a UNESCO cathedral, 3 castles with excellent views as well as a wonderful town beach. All these can be accessed on foot. There are also plenty of interesting day trips available either by car or boat.
Lovely clean room with nice decor and comfy bed.King bed a plus! Perfect location in the midlle from National park Krka and historic town Sibenik.( 5 min by car).Very high standard in this small hotel. We stayed in many different locations and aparmants while visiting Europe,The Residence is number one! Customer service was great, managers Marko&Barbara are very helpfull.Special place is a poll when you can relax and chill all day.Situated on the hill, pool is amazing like from a fairy tale..We will back for sure. Thanks for everything!
D-resort Sibenik is a truly exceptional hotel and spa. The architecture is simply stunning. Imagine a Guggenheim like building by Frank Lloyd Wright and your getting close.
The location is unique and special. Every room has superb over the water views to either old Sibenik or across the bay to St Anthony canal nature reserve.
What really made our stay though wee the staff. Friendly, informal, relaxed and extremely helpful. Breakfast was first class too.
Couldn’t ask for better. I would come back any time of the year.
Dario and jelena welcomed us with a cake and some drinks, the apartment was well equipped and was perfectly located as we went to krka national park. Dario is a tour guide and helped us to plan the rest of our trip, recommended us to visit Primosten which is a lovely town with amazing beaches, we loved it, he also recommended to visit Trogir.
We spent 2 weeks in Croatia staying at different accommodations and this one by far was the best one. Dario went way beyond to make our final trip days memorable.
Great and quiet location very close to the old city and the beach (less than 10 mins leisurely walk that can take you through a great neighbourhood, old city fort, seaside port, etc.). Apartment is immaculately clean and loaded with all that's required for a relaxed stay. Great hosts were responsive, generous, friendly, approachable, and assisted us with many questions (thank you for the grapes and the figs!). When we return to Sibenik, this will be the place to stay at again.
Apartment was nicely warm when we came, this is not a case of every accommodation in Croatia in winter time, so we really appreciated that. There was everything we needed for cooking, beds were comfortable. Excellent communication with the host, we had a problem in bathroom and this was solved very quickly.
Very nice patio, great for spending time when the sun was shining.
Close to the old town, walking distance.
The room is great, very very clean, modern, new and just like on a photos. Host is very kind an there for you if you need anything. She allowed us to stay longer than check-out on the last day. Parking is just in front of the house, Neighborhood is not that beautiful, but it seams safe and location from the city is great, just two minutes of walking from Old town of Sibenik and a minute from bakery and market.
The property and room itself were incredible. We were fortunate enough to stay in the Presidential Suite which has the most amazing views over Croatia. Lovely small boutique hotel equipped with everything you could want, including 2 restaurants with a fantastic breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room service was really quick. Can’t wait to come back :)
Great all-rounder resort which caters for children and adults alike. Excellent service and friendly staff by Croatian standards. A very pleasant surprise compared to our other holiday destination in Croatia. Facilities are new and well kept. Best hotel in the region in my view.
Nice, clean, spacious place in the center of the city just 2 minutes of walk from the old town. Good parking place. Price is fair, especially because Croatia is very expensive. Generally, great place if you want to explore the city of Sibenik.
Great stay! There was a problem with my room and the host ensured that I got a new one and did whatever she could to make sure I was comfortable. Even told me all about the history of Croatia and the Sibenik. Wonderful place and lady!
Lovely, very clean apartment. About a 10 minute drive to Sibenik. Easy access from highway. Appreciated the snacks and food. Highly recommend if you don’t want or need to be right in Sibenik. (3 people staying for 1 night)
The apartment was beautiful in the heart of Sibenik. It was very well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Igor was a very friendly host. Would definitely return.
Exeptional experience and unique space in the center of Old City of Sibenik. Amazing sea view and comfortable and clean apartment. Very kind host and good organization. Public parking very close.
Everything was beyond our expectations, from all household furnishing, great pillows and nice treats, just everything. The best apartment during our Croatia trip.
Location is the best part of the hotel. It sits on top of a hill where you can overlook beautiful scenery and right next to the highway which is very convenient.
