Excellent rooms, spacious and really clean.
Breakfast was brilliant. Great selection
We ate in the evening too. Truly stunning food. Cooked to perfection and lots to choose from. Something for all palates.
Spa was great, really tranquil and relaxing.
All staff were really friendly and helpful.
Location is amazing and whilst we stayed in February we will come back again in the warmer months to enjoy fuller all the facilities this hotel has to offer.
Had a lovely evening walk around the grounds though. Really well designed and nice to take a gentle stroll

Nice location in a suburban setting. 5 min walk to Spar and Tesco grocery stores. Walking distance to the motorcycle speedway stadium (the reason for my stay) but distant to the city, requiring a bus or taxi ride. The breakfast buffet, included in the room rate, is excellent, with hot and cold choices. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Restaurant menu is relatively limited, but the food was very good and the salad fresh. Good wifi.
High occupancy rate, a good sign. For a big city hotel, close to the airport, the value was good for the quality of accommodation.
I had a ground floor room, accessed from indoors, with a window/door combo out to the parking lot. Very convenient for unpacking the motorcycle.

If I didn't know it is actually a student's dorm, I wouldn't guess... it's a very nice temporary hotel, more confortable than many others with `etiquette` that I have seen in Hungary. Very close to the Aqua Park, University, yet far away from the city center... so depends on what you target when booking in Debrecen.
