Make sure to visit Sunset Cafe at least once - the food is absolutely out of this world. Same with the local joints (Lolo’s) down the road! Great beaches, great food, good shopping, and everyone is super friendly. Can’t go wrong.

I hadn't realized how much was destroyed in Hurricane Irma.
I hadn't realized how much was destroyed in Hurricane Irma. There were only a handful of restaurants open and a few stores to shop in. However the beach was clean, and the water was blue. Everyone was friendly but it was difficult to walk to the restaurants because of so many cars driving so close to you down the street, and no sidewalks to walk safely. Definitely wouldn't have taken my 3 year old there had I known about the road conditions. On the positive side, the restaurants were so sweet to my daughter and made her the most delicious toddler plates. She ate every bite they served.

On site parking was extremely convenient, we were home between 10-11pm every night and always found a place to park. Great host who was very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Excellent value for cost, especially in Grand Case.
