The staff do try hard, but are not very well trained e.g in getting a taxi. I don't think the towel or bedsheets or quilt cover was clean because I itched. My skin is very sensitive to things unclean. When asking for extras or clean sheets, the staff showed a less than willing attitude to help. There were excuses offered. The location was the greatest thing about this hotel, within walking distance of great eateries. Use this hotel if location is very important, but expect average quality and average service only.

I came here to hike Gunung Pulai and stay a night. A few places I went to for my meals and they are superb. I find the people at the hotel I stay in and the folks I met when hiking Gunung Pulai to be so friendly and helpful.

The ceiling with water leaking marked, did asked with counter but they said unable to change. The problem is hotel side need to make sure with good conditions before released to customer but they replied unable to do anything. Omg, in the end I checked in 3 room and all 3 room burned as the booking.com were charged me unable to proceed cancel. I not even stay in all these roomWOONMalaysia
