Mitcella Farms is a small gem! The house is perfect for two people. It is small and compact, with an extremely comfortable bed, and everything you need for a stay. The views of the valley and some fall colors was lovely. We enjoyed walking with Beau, the family dog) over the hills and through the orchards. We were only there for one night but it was a delightful stay.
The owners were terrific, and the house property is off the grid, very cool! They even contacted us afterwards to see if we had forgotten an item. They are so thoughtful on all accounts.
The property is a few kilometers from town, but that was something we enjoyed!

Great location. Away from crowds but very close to attractions. Loved the Riverwalk being right outside for a relaxing evening stroll. The 4Square shop nearby meant easy food and treats.
Beautiful area to walk or bike in. There are wildlife on the lake. You can sit/sun bathe on the beach albeit a stony beach. Or you can just stroll along the shore area. When the sun is shining it is glorious whatever you chose to do.
