The hotel property was beautiful and very well maintained. The restaurant was excellent, nice breakfast and lunch. Our dinner one night was really delicious. We were there for a wedding, so spent some time away from the hotel and loved every venue. My only comment is that the pool lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Maybe consider an upgrade. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Definitely like the location of the place. You can walk to the restaurants in less than 30minutes which was a nice plus. There was beach chairs in the room which is super nice. Would add a sunshade to the kit!

Very comfortable beds, nice roomy unit with pool, close to beach. The TV did not work. Called for assistance and had to wait for rep to show up to assist. He said Roku remote was bad and it would take time to get a new one but we could install the app on our phone to use. We never got around to doing this and feel they should have had this working prior to guests arriving.

We didn't stay downtown Rincon, but just outside about a 10 minute drive close to Steps Beach, where lots of surfers hang out. The downtown itself seemed very lively and there were some good restaurants that catered to different tastes and different price points. The beach in Rincon itself was quite large and wide and it had fine, yellow sand and beautiful sunsets. Lots of people gathered there to watch the sun go down. It seemed very popular with locals and tourists alike.

Avoid booking casa buena vista through booking.com. Booking.com chat is riddled with fraud and scams.
Deceptive booking.com description. This is not a 2br condo. These are 2 separate units on 2 separate floors. A studio and a 1 bed room. Do not book thinking this is a single 2 bedroom unit.
Poor communication between booking.com, rental management, and host. Booking did not provide check in instructions. Had to email host for instructions. Check in instructions are confusing as there are multiple units to check in to not just one. Lock boxes have address numbers on them but the numbers are not provided. Host provided phone number to call with issues for a 3am check in but did not answer phone. A very frustrating booking and check in experience that is easily avoided with accurate property description paired with accurate check in instructions.

Like the beach, the pool, the lobby and the staff. Didn't like the room looks faded and there was a lot of rust, room maintenance, bar closed too early, no coffee or water at the lobby no business station

Best place to visit however due to many expats moving in the prices for everything are skyrocketing because well people love to spend here. Once you go you’ll continue to return the many shops and the owners are very welcoming and do treat everyone like family no matter where you go. Favorite spot for me is the Lighthouseaks El Farro, the Balneario Hut and Beach, especially Karaoke Nights, as well as, Rincon Bakery for the huge and tasty breakfast sandwiches to name a few. The area is easy to get to know major businesses are either on Route 115 or 413 so getting lost isn’t really a concern. I would avoid driving into or out of town on Thursday afternoon or evenings due to art night in the plaza many people come in and all school areas out or during school breaks out hours which is anywhere in PR at around 2-230pm..
This place was an absolute gem! I have traveled to Rincon a few times but this was the first time with my family (wife, 17 yr. old son & 15 month old daughter). Sounds crazy but it was one of the best trips of my life. The room we stayed in overlooked the ocean and we could hear the gentle waves crashing our entire stay. The swim up pool bar is awesome. The snorkeling was really neat. There is a lot of life out there on the rock/reef. and great for swimming This place is amazing!
Apartment was very spacious and clean. While unpacking we noticed water on the floor in one area. Contacted Damarys and within a very short period of time, a handyman was sent to check out the problem. Apparently, the hot water appliance was leaking. Very happy to say the situation was corrected within an hour or two. Excellent service. Would recommend this apartment located just minutes from downtown Rincon.
great location in a beach community close to the center of Rincon. There is a large patio adjacent to the ocean where you can enjoy the amazing view. Parking is available on the street and seemed very safe. the lady that runs the property is very nice and helpful. there is a nice courtyard area to hang out or barbecue
This place is was just amazing! our room was very nice and clean and the best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. The cute little café directly in front of it is a huge plus as well. Got some breakfast there every morning
The hotel area was very beautiful, it was right by the sea. The pool area was also very nice. The view from our room was beautiful, it was to the pool but we could also see a glimpse of sea, even though it was not a seaview-room!
Joel’s home was perfect for our stay in Rincon! It was walkable to everything (we recommend Estella) and had everything we needed. Joel met us at the property and assured we had everything we needed.
The location is excellent in front of the beach (Balneario Rincón) and 5 minutes walking from the town of Rincón. It was a comfortable apartment for 6 persons and the kitchen was in good condition.
Right across from a public beach and great restaurant. 5 min walk to downtown Rincon with more fabulous food and people watching. Woke up to beautiful beach views. Just an unforgettable trip.
Nice apartment close to the beach and some restaurants. Very comfortable bed and helpful owners. The city of Rincon is close with a 10 minutes drive. Generally nice area around.
