Lovely little boutique hotel. Nicely decorated and clean. However, this means rooms are nice but they are very small. Okay for a night or two. Staff were lovely and very good. Food was good. Location is also lovely.
The Hotel is in the centre of São Martinho do Porto, just 600 metres from the popular bay area and 350 metres from the historical centre.

We were very pleased with this apartment. We were 4 travelling together, all grownup and rather tall, this apartment is better for 3 persons than 4. The location is very good close to the sea.

The apartment is positioned perfectly in the middle of a quaint town. The view was especially pleasant. The restaurants in the town were very good, with very good chefs. The view of the sea was great and the apartment was light and airy.

A really lovely seaside town with some nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. You can walk up the mountain and get an incredible view of the whole bay! It’s not far to Obidos, and if you have a chance stop in Foz do Arelho, the most incredible beach and a really great boardwalk along the water!

This is a resort that is obviously well loved by Portuguese holiday makers. It has a huge sandy beach and offers safe bathing - no big Atlantic rollers because the bay is almost entirely enclosed with only one narrow outlet to the high seas. There are lots of cafes and beachside bars. Great for young families and those at the other end of the age spectrum will appreciate its pedestrian areas and promenade. Dining in the evening is a little restricted as most cafes and restaurants close early

Really lovely little seaside town - with a fun beach and lots to do. Plenty of nice walks nearby and a beautiful coast. I would have liked to hired bikes to get round if we'd been there bit longer. Make sure you check out the tunnel through the cliff at sunset!

The Landmart hostess, Raquel, was outstanding, going way beyond the call of duty to guide us in and welcome us when we arrived many hours late due to transport problems. At the end of our visit she huided us on to the A8 back to Lisbon.
The location is excellent within easy walki g distance of beach, amenities, restaurants and market. Having an immaculate pool on site was great on thevery hot afternoons.
The unit was well equipped but dark and lacking a balcony.

It's a lovely place, with a good blend of touristy lodgings and real Portuguese inhabitants. The town is great in itself, and a very good base for daytrips to Nazaré, Óbidos, etc. One gets an array of both beach and countryside, with lots of different crops along the way and storks nests! Many restaurants, a number of small supermarkets and other places selling food, as well as a bigger supermarket, a great ice cream parlour, etc. In the evening, it is so nice to go for a stroll on the main road that runs parallel to the beach. One sees tourists, young people and families alike. There's not a sense of a holiday place where people go to to get drunk. One never grows bored.

We have stayed here last year and we recommended it to our family when they visited so we came together and it was just as good as last year, there is absolutely everything you could want for breakfast.
The staff are very friendly and happy to help and refresh the breakfast buffet table regularly.
We love the location so close to the beautiful beach and a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants, couldn’t be better value or location, easy to find parking too, we will definitely return.
This is a beautiful peaceful place outside the town of Sao Martino do Porto. I visited without a car. I like to hike, and enjoyed the walks to and from the nearby beaches which are spectacular (and not crowded even in the peak of high season - mid August). The host was friendly and very helpful. In particular she helped me with bike rental and taxi info. And even gave me a ride when my phone stopped working! Note that there is a microwave but no stove in the kitchenette.
The villa is wonderful, with an amazing heated swimming pool that is bigger than in quite some hotels, rooms are perfect for a family, clean and with enough space to move around and store your luggage. The host is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. He also prepares super tasty omelettes in addition to an already savoury breakfast that is served in a big patio overlooking the pool surrounded with palm trees.
I've been coming to Portugal for over 15 years. I must admit this is the best stay ever. Carlos and be Maria, the hotel owners are such wonderful people. They go out of the way to make it a personal great experience.
The location is amazing. Less than 100m from the beach, with all its establishments and activities. A short walk to the tunnel, a short walk up the cliff, or up the lift. Absolutely brilliant.
It was clean. The owner and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The owner went out of his way to find me a parking spot The hotel was simple and straightforward. Everything I need in a hotel. It’s steps away from the beach and the main promenade in Sao Martinho. It has a lift. It was very reasonably priced.
This is a very special boutique hotel in a very special place in Portugal. The restaurant is exceptional and well deserving of the Michelin star they are about to receive. The staff is both multi-lingual and most welcoming. We will be back and encourage all our friends to do so,
Central location, comfortable, easy on street free parking (though there was a parking space in the garage, on street parking was easier), some basic kitchen provisions (coffee pods, oil, vinegar, salt/pepper), very clean, responsive host, easy check in and out, small view of bay.
Location was good -- a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach at Sao Martinho. And the breakfast was very good. It was a reasonable value, given the high prices of hotels closer to the beach Bed and bathroom seemed clean and bed was comfortable.
The apartment was spacious, well equipped and spotless. The outside terraces were lovely to sit out and watch the sunset. We all had a great time 😁. Good parking and the view was awesome. I will definitely return. Thanks for a great stay.
We absolutely loved everything to be honest. It was such a clean hotel and we had everything we needed. The staff was awesome. We were able to just get out and enjoy the area right from our hotel room without needing a car.
Beautiful location and house. Amazing fully gated garden. Very close to town, shop and beach (5min drive). The host is very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return another day.
Nice and clean good sized apartment with great terrace space, fairly convenient within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Owner was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
Perfect location, close to the beach
Spacious and comfortable apartment for a family of 4
Internet connection and cable TV is very nice
Apartment opened with door code is practical
Pleasant hotel with very friendly staff, clean and comfortable in a good location. My room had a small balcony with a lovely sunset view, although I didn't request it :)
