Irina at the front desk was SO helpful and nice. She even wrote down some Romanian phrases for me to use on the trip when I asked her to teach me how to say hello and thank you in Romanian. She is a wonderful representative for the hotel and made sure that my experience in Romania got off to a great start. Truly can't sing her praises enough. The room was clean, the shower water heats up to a comfortable temperature remarkably quickly, and the restaurant is laid-back, welcoming, and serves really delicious Romanian food that was better than what my brother had had in Bucharest up to that point (and he had been there for a full week by then). The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the airport, and there are sidewalks the whole way. Super, super convenient.

Very impressed by Bliss inn! Staff were kind and accommodating, facilities were modern and little touches like coffee and tea in the rooms and interesting art really show that there is care and effort behind the hospitality here.
