There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible.
The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

The hotel was fine.
The hotel was fine. But the shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. We will not stay in the hotel again in the future

Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza.
Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza. Yangon - Burmese food, is outstanding; I have eaten there many times. Centro Pizza has really good authentic Napalese thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. Both are a short walk away. Other good choices as well, but these two are my go-to's.

It is located near San Francisco Airport via shuttle bus, and quite clean to stay. Good breakfast. However, the sound of the airplane taking off and landing is noisy. The sea view from the room is nice. However, the parking fee is $20/day, which looks quite expensive.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport and it located on a trail that runs along the San Francisco Bay.
When you have to use the shuttle to/from the airport it might be a long wait as the shuttle seems to run only every 45 minutes.

Even my family stayed fir only 1 night, I would say we felt very welcome to the hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent. The view is amazing, and if you are a fan of planes, you can walk by the bay and watch those big birds arriving and departing from the airport. The room is very clean too. The breakfast is great.

Burlingame is centrally located and made it easy to visit family who lives in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Convenient to highways and stores nearby. Nice walkable downtown with lots of stores for shopping and great eateries.
I chose the hotel because it was close to the airport for my morning flight. The check-in process was very smooth. Room was nice and big and clean with great coffee. The person at reception even offered to order a taxi for me for the next day. What made the hotel really special for me was the attached restaurant. The chef was from Cambodia and cooked me an amazing chicken fried rice that just made my evening. Restaurant staff were very helpful. Worth choosing this over other restaurants nearby just for the restaurant food!
Stayed there for a work dance competition event. Have stayed at this hotel for two years in a row, love the staff, and very nice hotel. We came in and cleaned on our own just in case, Clorox wipes came back clean. Shared the room with a friend and we both brought our own blankets when they cleaned our room they even made the bed with our blankets separate by each side. They have like 6 elevators so the wait is usually short too.
The hotel was smaller than the others we've stayed at when going through SFO, but it was perfect. It was quiet, clean and the staff was great. Our room had a view of the bay and of the planes landing and taking off--but no noise. It was a short walk to a restaurant for dinner. We took the shuttle to the airport very early in the morning. so we didn't get to sample the breakfast.
Large room which was very clean and very well equipped. Decent free breakfast. Free parking (makes a welcome change compares to other airport hotels!). The gym is decent enough and has most of what you need.
Overall, The Bay Landing is exceptional value and I highly recommend it.
Restaurant food was very good and staff were all very friendly. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours heading in so the courtesy bus was unavailable however, the hotel offered a refund of our taxi cost to get there and automatically offered a late check out due to our 3am arrival
The location and all that came with the hotel were very awesome. The hotel is super clean. The elevators are the fastest I've ever been in. The food is great. I do like the free drinks for the evening reception as well. The view of the bay is very romantic as well.

This property is excellent. Convenient (five minutes to airport rental car return, plenty of nice restaurants and stores within a few minutes away), fantastic water views from hotel room. Quiet. Full height toilet and grab bars in shower.
Large hotel that is well managed. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. It is quiet yet still has a city buzz because lots of business happening in the restaurant. Right along the ocean, with short seawall walk.
I loved the architecture of this hotel. The courtyard was very nice and reminiscent of old California. The location is great for views of the bay and an easy, nice walk to a good restaurant nearby.
Stayed at this hotel to be close to the SF Airport. Good location for the rate. Room was clean and spacious. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on it.
The hotel was great, however, Both Booking and they’ve charged me money and nobody is replying to my email, which means I’ve paid them twice for one night.
