Special requests were high back chair(s) in room. Close Parking for our handicapped. Close proximity to room from main entrance. Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. A very nice city with lots of flowers. All the attractions we wanted to visit are nearby. Close to all the attractions we wanted to visit: Route 112, Cog Railroad, Diana Pools, Saco River, Flume Gorge, Swift River and much more.

The driven van excursion up & down the Mt. Washington auto road was excellent! A highlight of the trip! Well narrated, informative, just the right duration, & well worth the price. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, great view from the deck. Staff was quite amiable, maid service every day, ample towels. Heat and hot water worked very well. Wifi was good. Ample, convenient parking. We did not try the breakfast as we have our usual dining spots already that we prefer.

The breakfasts are delicious! Having afternoon cookies and 24/7 access to hot water for evening tea/coffee/hot chocolate was much appreciated. We enjoyed using the hot tub after hiking all day. And the owners are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, a wonderful stay!
